About Liz Williams

Liz Williams set up Acorn Clinic as she believes there is a need of complementary therapies to work in harmony with conventional medicine. Our lifestyles and diet have changed and as such so have our illnesses. The way we treat those illnesses has changed too; more and more people seek complementary therapies to aid wellbeing. Having experienced the benefits herself she decided more people should have access to complementary therapy.

Liz Williams MAR, has been trained to professional standards and as such is a member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR). Members of the AoR are governed by strict codes of ethics and are fully insured. Members use the letters MAR and are listed in the Association’s Register of Practitioners.

Liz Williams qualified as a reflexologist from the Oxford School of Reflexology which incorporates an amount of Chinese meridian theory into the course work. All of the meridians either start and end in the feet and hands. Ability to work these points has been shown to bring additional benefit to treatments.
