Stress - Introduction

Stress affects one in five people, 20% of the population, and is the leading cause of work illness. As stress is such an influence on our lives it is felt that a few pages should be dedicated to it.

As technology has advanced in the last few centuries our bodies have been bombarded with new chemicals, pollutants and radiation. Add this to the relentless pace of life we have adopted in the last century and it is no wonder our bodies are struggling and exhausted.
